Over the course of a few months we have packed away quite a few ripened bananas. I had enough to make banana bread and banana bread cookies!
Recipe Number one: Banana Bread
The banana bread recipe was extremely easy to follow and turned out quite good. I even added some chocolate chips for a bit of extra goodness.
I gave the recipe a 5/5.
Recipe Two: Banana Bread Cookies
I'll admit I was a little skeptical of making banana bread in to cookies, however these turned out amazing. I actually halved the recipe and still had a lot for me and T to handle. They are moist and banana goodness. I had them in the oven for 10 minutes until they were just browned on the bottom. I then let them cook for 10 minutes. Very surprising but very good. I give this recipe a 5/5.
